Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) testing• Direct operational aspects of projects and ensure successful completion of testing• Identify and evaluate project issues, interpret complex data, and make sound business decisions• Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations and achieve study milestones• Manage allocated studies according to timelines and quality standards• Coordinate activities of functional departments and vendors• Monitor and analyze project status to ensure successful completion• Act as liaison between client and PPD, provide project updates and feedback• Plan and communicate study tasks and priorities to team members• Manage financial and contractual aspects of the study
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent• 2+ years of previous experience or equivalent combination of education and experience• Prefer experience in a laboratory environment or project management• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills• Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills• Competent with office productivity applications• Proven analytical skills and compliance with procedures• Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a stressful environment• Strong client relationship management and teamwork skills
