As an IT Project Manager you will lead cross functional teams to ensure all project requirements are on schedule and on track. The primary responsibilities will be to manage project scope, timelines, budget, and the effective and high-quality delivery of key solutions. You will plan, oversee and document all aspects of specific projects. The role may oversee, direct, assign duties, and evaluate the work of the team members and project staff. The project manager performs advanced levels of project management work, works under limited supervision and has considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This individual will work with a wide range of team members, including senior leadership throughout the organization, and serve as a representative of the IT department. You will submit project deliverables, prepare status reports and effective project communication plans to share across internal teams and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an environment executing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
The candidate should also possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a PMP certification, and a CSPO certification is a plus. You will have experience using Asana, Monday, MS Project or similar applications to manage workflow, and be proficient in MS Office Applications. You must have experience managing a team.
Requirements

Develop and execute a communication strategy for all the different project stakeholders. Report on project status, progress, metrics, risks, test results, and deployment activities. If the project requires, coordinate with external partners, clients, vendors, and suppliers. Provide regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders
Prepare estimates and develop detailed project plans for all phases of the project. Identify resource and budgetary requirements and help in their procurement to make sure the team achieves the project goals in the planned timeframes. Managing project scope and its changes

Conduct post-project evaluation
Lead the implementation efforts of key projects in flight
PMP certification, required
At least five years related experience in project management, planning, and tracking
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively
Proactively works with business analysts, product managers, design, user experience, development and QA to understand project requirements and estimate effort to deliver
Oversees project from beginning through delivery, including overall continuing project maintenance if needed
Experience using Asana, Monday, MS Project or similar applications to manage workflow
Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology
Experience in different project management methodologies
Proven experience coaching, managing, and team building
Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills
