Responsibilities
• Manage $20M+ projects• Coordinate with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community• Deliver effective presentations to internal and external groups• Utilize excel and all MS Office Programs• Ensure project organization and attention to detail• Work with schools and higher education projects• Maintain current PMP or CCM certifications• Demonstrate OSHA 30 compliance• Collaborate with a diverse team• Contribute to the success of the project
Requirements
• 5+ years of direct project management experience on $20M+ projects with schools and higher education projects preferred• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field• Current PMP or CCM certifications• OSHA 30 certification• Excellent organization and attention to detail• Effective presentation skills• Proficiency in excel and all MS Office Programs• Strong and proactive communication• Ability to work well with various stakeholders• Applicable experience may substitute for the degree requirement
