Responsibilities
• Service all CertaPro Painters' customers and build customer relationships.• Support Job Site Supervisors and develop a performance culture among the team.• Work closely with Sales Associates and Office Associates to meet customer expectations.• Ensure execution of field programs and systems.• Provide training and inspections related to safety.• Ensure adherence to OSHA and EPA guidelines.• Maintain required MSDS.
Requirements
• 2-year degree in related field required.• Excellent communication skills.• Experience in multiple finishes and paint applications preferred.• Basic computer skills.• Proven record of goal achievement.• Previous experience in the paint industry preferred.• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.• Meticulous, clean, detail-oriented, and takes pride in work.
