Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager with expertise in painting and paint spraying to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from beginning to end, including planning and budgeting, ensuring project timelines are met, and ensuring quality control. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing client expectations, communicating project updates, and providing support to the team.
Position Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects assigned by the company while ensuring that timelines are met and company quality standards are met. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and timeline management. Manage client expectations by communicating project updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee painting and paint spraying projects, including supervising contractors, ensuring quality control, and providing support. Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve conflicts and provide support to project team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management.
