Short Term & Long Term Disability Responsibilities Plans, organizes and works with Human Resources to staff key field positions for assigned projects. Establishes objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to complete project scope of work per contract documents. Able to analyze bid documents (drawings, specifications, etc.) and existing site conditions to properly outline the scope of work, including all general conditions and requirements. Able to identify risks in the scope of work to ensure related costs are covered. Able to manage all pre-construction requirements of projects to ensure efficiency and profitability, and provide metrics and data to senior management. Understands requests for information (RFI), changer orders, and progress billing process. Clearly defines and manages labor hours, material procurement, equipment needs, and customer reporting requirements. Able to strategically deploy electricians with the correct materials and equipment to complete the project scope of work and provide ongoing direction on projects. Conducts field site visits to projects to include pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, and turnover. Our Hiring Process Fill out the simple application. We will make an offer if you are a good fit. 3+ years of field experience as a commercial or commercial construction Electrician, Journeyman or Masters License preferred. 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing electrical scopes of work. Knowledge of Bid board, Accubid, Procore, or similar type software is a plus. Ability to communicate both verbally and thorough writing professionally. Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner. Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit, and analyze data. Ability to create, navigate, search, and update company systems (emails, work orders, reports, bids, invoices, etc.) Proficient with creating, editing, and analyzing Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
