The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for fulfilling assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.They will manage the order process, project coordination, and communication with stakeholders.The PM will oversee project tasks, client relations, and project administration.

Responsibilities
• Attend project meetings to establish project scope and manage projects from purchase order to completion.• Collaborate with the Studio Team to deliver exceptional customer service.• Direct, coordinate, and manage tasks for the studio and project team.• Develop work plans, schedules, and logistics based on project parameters and customer goals.• Review project site, plans, and product specifications.• Act as a single point of contact for clients and suppliers.• Communicate regularly with customers and provide project updates.• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide written communication throughout the project.• Coordinate and manage installations and third-party installation companies.• Perform on-site leadership, supervise installations, and ensure timeliness of task completion.• Manage freight logistics and delivery schedules.• Review open projects and submit necessary paperwork.• Conduct project walk-throughs and manage punch list resolution.• Ensure project completion and coordinate final close-out requirements.• Attend IT training and become proficient in MS Office suite and Meteor-specific software.
Requirements
• College degree or equivalent work experience is required.• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.• Strong knowledge of project management and administration.• Project Management accreditation (PMP) is a plus.• Exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership skills.• Ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and problem solve.• Strong attention to detail.
