Project Manager Details: Direct Hire position$37,000.00 to $52,000.00 /annuallyFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)•In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
•Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
•Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•A team player with leadership abilities
•Directing and supervising other workers
•Evaluating construction methods and determining the cost-effectiveness of each plan
•Determining labor requirements and dispatching workers to constructions sites
•Representing property owner in all on-site construction activities
•Conducting daily inspections for compliance and site safety
Project Manager Qualifications: Proven experience in constructionEfficient with blueprints and schematicsGood knowledge of MS OfficeApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
