Job Summary: The Project Manager at Prominence Health fulfills a role in managing and driving key strategic projects and programs within the organization, with a focus on health plan innovation, value-based care, and support services enhancement. The responsibilities encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives aligned with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
The Project Manager is responsible for assessing, designing, developing, and implementing projects. The position is responsible for 4 key measures of project success: client satisfaction, budget, timeline, and scope. This position is a key supporting role with a high level of responsibility and impact. The Project Manager will hold project teams accountable to timelines and commitments, ensuring a seamless, successful implementation.

Qualifications Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related health care degree, MBA, or master's in public health. Two years of Project Management experience working within the Healthcare Insurance industry preferred. Project Management certification preferred. Knowledge of computer systems and experience using databases and demonstrated proficiency in a variety of computer applications. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to convey goals and objectives clearly and in a compelling manner; listen effectively and clarify as needed. Confidence in decision-making. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage projects and multiple priorities at the same time. Self-motivated and able to provide results with minimal supervision. Experience in managing multiple project and reporting.
