Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of construction, including safety, quality, schedule, cost control, subcontractors, suppliers, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff• Provide direction in project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development• Engage with internal stakeholder groups and external vendors to understand owner's requirements and coordinate building system designs• Oversee invoicing process for contracts• Coordinate client, supplier, and company commissioning and startup teams• Facilitate project cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure establishment, project set-up and closeout• Possess a high-level understanding of commercial and industrial architecture/engineering• Possess familiarity of electrical and mechanical systems in various locations around the US• Possibly travel to or work on-site• Other duties required to execute large capital construction projects
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related areas• Professional registration / PMP / certification• 10+ years of experience as a project or team manager• 15+ years of project management experience in the construction industry• 5+ years of experience in construction and/or engineering for mission critical or advanced-tech industry buildings and campuses• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills• Ability to engage technical and non-technical groups in a fast-paced environment• Possess a high-level understanding of commercial and industrial architecture/engineering• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems• Possibly travel to or work on-site
