Project Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing detailed project plans and schedules, and managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Leading project team meetings, ensuring project tasks are clearly communicated and understood, and providing guidance and support to project personnel. Assessing project risks, developing risk mitigation plans, and tracking and reporting on risk status. Developing project progress and status reports, and presenting them to stakeholders. Managing supplier relationships and ensuring project deliverables are met. Coordinating project activities with internal and external stakeholders. Advising management on project status, progress, and potential risks. Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field. CPR, OSHA 30 and relevant certifications. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of construction methods, processes, and regulations. Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and project management software. Experience leading projects including civil, sitework, utilities, concrete, industrial, and site clearing/grading.
