Responsibilities
• Promote and ensure adherence to company Safety Policies and Procedures• Develop and implement project management plans• Maintain open communications with stakeholders• Manage project execution and financial results• Provide leadership to project staff• Implement innovative means for safe and productive work• Implement project quality control and quality assurance plans• Monitor project progress, address issues, and develop solutions• Manage project close-out• Identify project risks and opportunities and develop strategies
Requirements
• Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in heavy civil construction• Comprehensive understanding of civil construction industry practices and standards• Strong interpersonal skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong leadership qualities
