Seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager/Estimator.Responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of civil site development and utilities projects.• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.• Monitor project progress and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.• Manage and communicate with stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and team members.• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).• Proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the civil site development and utilities sector.• Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.• Proficiency in construction estimating software and project management software.• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
