Responsibilities
• Responsible for all project administration for their team• Review project proposals or plans• Complete owner billings and process payments• Closely monitor budgets• Execute change management process• Ensure effective communication• Manage the closeout process• Maintain client relations• Assemble, distribute, and track document packages• Provide guidance to direct reports and team members
Requirements
• BS or MS Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management• Working knowledge of construction standards and regulations• Goal and Schedule Driven• Demonstrated ability to conduct EHS training• Capable and ambitious to travel to different work sites• Personable, outgoing, competitive, and driven to lead• Outstanding communication skills• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team• 2-3 years of Field Experience• 5-8 years of Increasing Project Management Experience
