Project Manager

Hire Resolve's client is a leading Construction firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Project Manager in Kalamazoo, MI.
Responsibilities: Responsible for project schedule, quality, and safety Participate in interview preparations for negotiated bids and writing bid scopes Scheduling and planning of awarded projects Evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods Manage and ensure project materials are on site at the appropriate times Maintain proper construction workflows and accounting practices Inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and local building codes Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management or related discipline preferred 5+ years of construction project management experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certified Experience reading blueprints Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with project team and stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Builder Trend Strong analytical, organization and time management skills Effective conflict resolution and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism Benefits Salary: $70K/yr - $110K/yr negotiable Health plan: Vision, Dental, Medical, Life and Disability insurance Retirement: 401k plan Paid Time Off (PTO): Paid sick leave, paid holidays, paternity and maternity leave Health Savings Account (HSA) Professional training and development Hire Resolve is a top-tier recruitment firm that focuses on placing skilled professionals in permanent employment.
