Project Manager

Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the construction of tenant build-out projects for retail establishments. This includes meeting all legal, safety, and customer requirements while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Hire and manage subcontractors and other personnel required for the build-out.
Ensure the build-out adheres to all relevant building codes.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed throughout the project.
Ensure all applicable legal requirements are met.
Estimate costs for materials, labor, and subcontracting.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the build-out process.
Negotiate terms and contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure project stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Must have tenant build-out experience to be considered                                                                                                                                                         Thorough understanding of building codes, safety protocols, legal requirements, and budgeting.
Proven cost estimation and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to create and manage work timetables.
