About the Position The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing customer solutions with an existing multi-tenant system and database. We are looking for a candidate that has Software as a Service (SaaS) experiences and where multi-tenancy is a common architectural approach, making a candidate suited to understand the nuances of this type of project management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, innovative, tactful, and authoritative to help in removing barriers and seeking resolutions. We are looking for a successful multitasker; someone who keeps themselves and their projects on-task to deliver within budgeted time and cost.
Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple complex project implementations simultaneously. Engaging customers to understand their business use cases for track and trace requirements. Identifying and engaging appropriate resources for successful implementations. Configuring systems to meet trading partner connections and compliance requirements. Providing training on traceability software and compliance reporting. Identifying and communicating customer needs to the Sales team. Generating change control documents and deployment plans. Ensuring smooth transitions to Customer Support post-implementation. Recording and monitoring all billable hours accurately. About You Formal Project Management Training or PMP Certification is required. Experience implementing SaaS-based projects for software companies is highly desired; multi-tenant SaaS software is a plus. Experience managing projects, directly responsible for project plans, schedules, risk assessment, issue logs (RAID), testing, and deployment plans.
