Job Title: Project Manager Location:- Dallas, TX. Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans that cover all project phases, from initiation through closure. Resource Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Execution and Monitoring: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Track project milestones and deliverables. Communication: Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Quality Assurance: Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget. Team Leadership: Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Create and maintain project artifacts such as project charters, schedules, risk logs, issue logs, and status reports. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and in scope. Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira). Solid understanding of software development life cycles, Agile, and waterfall methodologies. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in a relevant field. Experience in managing large-scale projects or programs. Industry-specific knowledge or experience (e.g., IT, healthcare, construction). Working Conditions This role may require occasional travel to meet with stakeholders or attend industry events.
