• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of field supervision, and office/administration• Ensure all projects meet schedule, quality standards, and operating procedures• Drive company to achieve sales, profitability, and business goals• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts• Collaborate with team to develop and implement infrastructure plans• Motivate and lead high-performance team, attract and retain members• Foster a project environment that values safety• Provide timely and accurate reports on project condition• Promote accountability and success-oriented environment• Implement and communicate policies for safety
Requirements
