Description
The Krispy Krunchy Foods Project Manager is a driving force behind our business growth. This individual oversees ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. They prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises a highly qualified project manager that will help KKF solidify our position as an innovative authority. The go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline and will turn KKF's vision into reality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating with cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Writing clear and concise copy, with an emphasis on excellent grammar and adherence to client tone-of voice guidelines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience with basic design principles and an eye for detail
Ability to lead project teams and see the through to completion
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
Requirements
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum of four years of project management experience
Minimum of two years of experience developing web technologies and software
Expert skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Budget management experience
Preferred
PMP/ PRINCE II certification
Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
