Role Overview:
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations, spearheading project management, accurate cost estimation, and ensuring top-tier project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring alignment with budgetary, timeline, and quality benchmarks.

Provide precise estimations encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Engage proactively with clients, architects, and contractors to craft detailed project plans, specifications, and timelines. Foster collaboration among internal teams and external partners, facilitating seamless project progression and addressing any challenges promptly. Continuously monitor project dynamics, proactively identifying risks or delays, and deploying corrective strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within the Glass and Glazing sector. Demonstrated expertise in showers, windows, mirrors, handrails or Unitized Curtainwall and Storefront projects.  Comprehensive understanding of glass and glazing systems, encompassing materials, fabrication techniques, and installation methodologies. Exceptional organizational acumen, with the capability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
Robust problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive approach to addressing project intricacies.
