Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS) manages and operates the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Our MISSION is to help ensure the security of the United States and its allies by providing high-hazard experimentation and incident response capabilities through operations, engineering, education, field, and integration services and by acting as environmental stewards to the Site's Cold War legacy. Responsibilities
The Information Technology Directorate is seeking an innovative individual to facilitate the expanding MSTS ServiceNow environment. The development projects will demand a high degree skill communicating with customers and helping to drive improved development and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Under general supervision of a senior level project manager in support of one or more projects.
Provide support on one or more small projects (
May participate in all aspects of the project(s) over the entire lifecycle (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing).
Develop, review and modify Agile project plans, ensure timelines, budget and deliverables are accurately tracked.
Conduct analysis of business information systems using applied knowledge and principals (systems approach) and assists in determining appropriate solution for problems. Collects, assembles, analyzes, and documents business requirements to meet the needs of the organization.
Assist with project documentation, the management of project schedule and budget.
Perform and execute project documentation and management of project schedule & budget.
Meet with process owner and team members to ensure all requirements are met.
Actively participate and facilitate definition of requirements with the organizational representative(s). May perform data entry and reporting.
Work with the Scrum Master and team leadership to ensure sprint cycles are on track and increments are within customer requirements.
Coordinate or participate in project tasks, such as testing and end-user training.
Mentor team members on Agile values and principles. Coach and guide team members to ensure effective utilization of the Agile methodology.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience and 2 years' related professional experience.
IT experience required.
ServiceNow experience preferred.
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of project organization, attention to detail and time management.
Type a minimum of 65 words per minute.
PMP certification desired.
Certificated Scrum Master desired.
Flexible work schedule can be negotiated with the manager; employees can work 9/80's or 4/10's work-weeks.
The primary work location will be at the Losee Road facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada, however work may be performed remotely within the contiguous United States, in accordance with Company policy, with travel to NLV as deemed necessary.

Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under the Department of Energy Order 206.2, ' Identity, Credential, and Access Management ,' and Supplemental Directive NNSA SD 206.2, ' Implementation of Personal Identity Verification for Uncleared Contractors .'

Annual salary range for this position is $71,572.80 - $107,369.60.
Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
