MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Hi g h Sch o ol Di p l oma or GED Certificate.
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering Technology, or related field.
2-3 years with multi-utility system construction, project management, and construction experience.
Project Management Certification.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Provides support in the development, implementation, and scheduling of projects.
Manages project statues reports from planning to implementation and execution.
Documents and tracks all development and change requests for projects.
Monitors and maintains project schedules and implementations.
Ensures precise follow-up dates, proactively utilizing staff and resources as needed and confirms actions taken.
Ensures that all projects follow written processes and ensures scope of work is accomplished in coordination with internal and external customers.
Ensures projects are in compliance with all regulatory laws and standards.
Prepares special reports in response to internal and external requests in order to provide accessible data for reliable analysis, management review, research purposes, federal and state and/or reporting requirements.
Monitors and administers project revenues and expenses; may develop or participate in the development of funding proposals for the project.
Reviews all funding contract documents provided by the Navajo Nation, State and Federal agencies. Provides progress reports as mandated and ensures accurate financial accounting.
Manages Facilities Maintenance projects in compliance with established processes and policies and regulatory agencies. Validates work order processing, field surveying, bill of materials, cost estimates, and customer documents for residential and commercial projects.
Provides accurate monthly work order reports to the Facility Manager or when requested of.
Develops tracking and performance management systems for optimization and efficiencies of resources.
Works with Architects, Engineers, and stake holders to achieve project objectives and improve performance of the overall operations and processes.
Works directly with Departments and Districts to understand scopes of projects and make appropriate project manager assignments.
Ensures regulatory compliance with Federal, State, and Tribal Environmental agencies, Business Regulatory, Rural Utility Service, and the National Electrical Codes.
Participates in the planning of future development and growth of the utility operations.
Promotes Safety awareness and documents safety meetings to ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.
