Project Manager - Highway Construction Division

The Project Manager in the Highway Construction Division is responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of a wide variety of highway construction projects. These projects typically involve roadway building, bridge construction, earthwork, and underground construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing plans and schedules for the construction of projects. Managing and overseeing the construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitoring project progress and ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborating with other departments and contractors. Managing and resolving conflicts between contractors. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in highway construction. A bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is a plus. Experience in roadway building, bridge construction, earthwork, and underground construction. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. Proficiency with MS Office and project management software. Benefits 401k
