Job Description
gpac, a recruitment company with more than 30 years of experience, is partnered with a well-established residential construction company to identify an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
The successful Project Manager should have at least 5 years of project management experience and 3 or more years' experience in exterior construction. This is an amazing and exciting opportunity for the right candidate that is looking for a new challenges or a change in their career or to grow professionally.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Oversee all phases of project from planning to completion
- Manage day-to-day on-site operations
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and other third parties
- Prepare, review and approve contracts and invoices
- Complete project closeout activities
Essential Job Functions:
- Working knowledge of construction law, building codes, and engineering best practices
- Ability to read, interpret and explain blueprints, plans, and other technical documents
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, scheduling software, and other specialized software
