Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, keeping them updated on project status. Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Proficient in project management software and tools. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
