Pay Range: $70,000/year or more

Responsibilities Interface between service and construction departments Handle customer and/or contractor issues as they arise Estimate construction work for commercial and high-end residential projects Develop relationships with contractors, owners, and architects to obtain design-build work Schedule jobs and activities Monitor progress on all installation projects Ensure that all state and local codes are being met Control and reduce unspoiled labor and costs Required Qualifications: 5+ years of related experience in project management in the construction industry High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Ability to multi-task Highly organized and detail-oriented Advanced customer service skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Understanding of installation department financial statements and budgeting skills Journeyman plumbing license is a plus! project manager, manager jobs, hvac estimator, project manager, manager
