Role Overview: As the Senior Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our data center projects, driving major initiatives from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the deployment of SAP S/4HANA solutions for warehouse and inventory management and contribute to projects that have significant real-world impacts.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive action plans for data center projects, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational activities, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination between Engineering, Sales, and Customers.
Program Management: Conduct weekly program reviews to monitor project progress, providing regular status updates and adjusting project strategies as needed.
Team Supervision: Lead a team of professionals in coordinating with General Contractors and overseeing site activities, including materials receipt, field installation, and defect resolution.
Supply Chain Oversight: Collaborate with the Purchasing department to secure long lead items on time, aligning with project milestones.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project status, challenges, and outcomes; communicate essential changes and updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects, preferably in data center operations or related fields.
Certifications: PMP certification is highly valued.
Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing positive outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
