We are actively looking for a stellar Project Manager/Contracts Administrator candidate with 15+ years of experience to join our team. In this dynamic role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for administering construction management programs and performing CM team roles as needed. The ideal candidate for this opportunity can work independently, is collaborative, possesses solid business acumen and has a strong desire to make a positive contribution to the business.
Responsibilities: Administers contracts, subcontracts, and related task orders and ensuring that all activities are in compliance with contractual regulations Reviews proposals, contract preparation, negotiation, and administration, ensuring they meet company policy and customer requirements Processes contract modifications, change orders and/or task orders as needed Performing business development services including customer contact, proposal strategies and development, etc. Preparing management briefings, program reviews, and reports as required Meeting regularly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify new business opportunities Interacting with other members of the business community including other companies, clients, and professional organizations Acts as primary point of contact for contract related questions and concerns for both internal and external customers Ensures timely and compliant deliverables for all contracts Maintaining a current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline 15+ years of relevant experience Thorough understanding of contract principles, formation, theories, and concepts Must have successful proposal development and excellent negotiation skills Ability to identify and resolve contract-related issues, mitigating risks, and making informed decisions ensuring project success and compliance Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring contract performance Excellent writing, communication, time management, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills Proficiency in Deltek/Vantagepoint software strongly preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast, deadline-driven environment We offer a generous salary and benefits package that includes company paid medical and dental insurance, vacation and a 401(k) plan.
