Position Overview: The Project Manager will lead and manage construction projects from cradle to grave. The role will involve working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and other vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: Working with clients to develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements Managing project teams from initiation to completion; assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and managing timelines Evaluating progress and performance of project teams and vendors Identifying risks to project budget, quality, and completion timelines Developing, reviewing, and revising project communication protocols and technical documents Ensuring that projects are completed in compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements Advising stakeholders on best practices and technical solutions Providing technical guidance and support to project teams Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors Negotiating and preparing contracts with vendors and other stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction, Healthcare Construction, Sports, Aviation, and/or Aerospace Advanced knowledge of project management principles and techniques Strong technical skills in construction, automotive, and/or aerospace engineering Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
