Our client is a fabrication shop that offers design, fabrication, and complete field installation services for industries including wood products, pulp and paper, chemical, food processing, and many others. Working with their organization, you'll be exposed to different projects, gain hands-on experience, and weld products for some of the country's largest companies and industries. They are seeking a new Construction Project Manager to support in leading a team of welders, fabricators, and construction laborers. You will be overseeing the various stages of projects to deliver successful end results. Prior experience leading a team, working in a construction environment, exposure to pre-engineered metal, and experience with estimating are key skills we are looking for!
Perks and Benefits: Competitive Compensation - $33 /hr - $38 /hr, depending on your direct experience + per diem + lodging expenses when travel is required

What you bring to the table: 2+ years of leadership experience
1+ years of experience working in project management or working as a construction site supervisor
Previous construction experience with PEMB is highly preferred
Must be a strong team player- work with other Project Managers to report and resolve issues on job sites, ensure projects are completed on time, and communicate with other Project Managers as needed
The ability to communicate effectively and transparently with other team members
The ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft WordEstimating experience ABOUT US:
