Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet client requirements. Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are achieved. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in concrete construction projects, with a focus on project management or engineering. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
