Location: Erie, PA
Salary: $70k- $90k+ DOE; allowances and per diems as applicable  
Requirements: 1+ years experience in estimating and project management in commercial and/or industrial construction

We are a family-owned construction company in Erie, PA, with over 35 years of experience. We specialize in commercial and industrial construction, tackling both new building and large-scale renovations. We are known for our commitment to quality and have completed numerous projects in Northwest Pennsylvania and beyond.
We seek a Project Manager to join our team. This individual will exhibit project management and estimating skills. They will have a proven track in new business and subcontractor solicitation/bidding, as well as have a strong background in scheduling, documentation, materials procurement, etc. In addition, this person is responsible for client satisfaction and budget adherence, helping us live up to our reputation of quality projects at a reasonable price.
What You Will Be Doing Manage project schedules, budgets, and controls Review constructability and coordinate project aspects Communicate with project stakeholders (owners, architects, engineers, etc.) Perform pre-construction planning, scheduling, and cost control Subcontractor strategy and procurement Close out documentation Project pipeline development What You Need for this Position 1 years in Project Management/Estimating for Commercial Construction OSHA 30 Fast Track, Timberline, Microsoft Suite Strong experience with blueprints and constructability Proven success in subcontractor sales and procurement as well as project pipeline development Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision 401k w/ Match PTO Holidays Employee Assistance Program Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
