Job Description SummaryThe Project Management Specialist support the respective Project Director in planning and executing contracts for the design and construction of new nuclear power plants, including managing the quality, cost, and schedule of the execution process. Additional focus will be made toward project administration and configuration management of project documentation to assist the Project Director.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resourcesAssist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERPParticipate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetingsDevelop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activitiesSupport the development & issuance of the Project Management Plan & related project plans and project procedures; promotes the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project teamSupport the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project toolsEnsure compliance with U. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
