YOUR DAY AS A PROJECT MANAGEMENT ESTIMATOR As a Project Management Estimator, you ensure that all projects are completed within the specified timeframe, budget, and in a manner that meets our clients' expectations. Your daily tasks involve managing several projects simultaneously, from start to finish, and guaranteeing that every aspect of each project runs smoothly.
You are accountable for conducting site visits, creating estimates, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining constant communication with clients to keep them up to date and address their concerns. Moreover, you work collaboratively with office staff and upper management throughout the project's progression to ensure that we remain on track and within budget. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 5+ years of experience in a similar position Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs Must live in the St. George area To be successful in this project manager position, you need to be analytically minded and a great problem solver.
