Responsibilities: Provide project managent support to client to include managing project schedules and reviewing and providing recommendations on policy, project briefs, and risk managent. Collaborate with modernization, logistics, and configuration managent analysts to complete its on the Integrated Master Schedule. Interface with SURFMEPP, SUBMEPP, and Carrier Planning Activity to translate their functions into C3 SHOREPP functions. Evaluate current processes/procedures and initiate process improvent actions. Translate ideas from whiteboard discussions to formal briefs. Act as extension of the SHOREPP Maintenance Lead (client) at weekly meetings, working groups, conferences, etc. Capture, document, deliver and communicate meeting minutes, notes, and action its to client. Track completion of action its. Coordinate and facilitate working groups to meet project objectives. Assist with business analyses and reporting for assigned project. Establish and maintain knowledge managent best practices for simplified document retrieval, correlation, and analysis of completed tasks while utilizing a common workspace for team projects on /Teams. Coordinate briefs, agenda preparation, travel, clearance submissions, visit requests, and video conferences for regular and as required meetings. Gain and maintain sufficient knowledge of all entrise tools and to direct personnel to correct points of contact. Augment the primary and secondary duties of client. Required Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a project/program managent Security Clearance: Able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance Proficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Powoint, and ) Experience with scheduling such as Microsoft Project General familiarity with NAVSEA high-level maintenance organizations (various Maintenance Engineering Planning Programs, Naval Support Activity, Shore Planning Yard, etc.), processes (Class Maintenance Plans, Availability Work Packages, etc.),and instructions (Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual, etc.) Experience with Navy maintenance systs (MFOM, SKED, etc.) and practices. Ability to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Desired Qualifications: Active Secret (or higher) Security Clearance Familiarity with Power Apps BA/BS in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathatics, Managent Information Systs, Project Managent or Business Knowledge of C4I systs and NAVWAR processes and procedures $80,000+ to align with education and related skills Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirents for access to classified information.
