HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some overtime required
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or its equivalent Advanced customer service skills Ability to multi-task proficiently and work independently Well-organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional phone etiquette Experience with computerized inventory and a basic understanding of inventory controls Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to research using city and county websites Previous experience in logistics/coordination is desirable Working knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Software RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage back-end project needs, ensuring all necessary logistics are in place for successful project completion Ensure compliance with City and County requirements Schedule necessary subcontractors and inspections Maintain accurate inventory and records Coordinate equipment purchases, rentals, and subcontractor schedules with a five-day lead time Process extended warranties, customer rebates, and special orders Coordinate with vendors regarding returns, warranty, delivery, etc Complete and process paperwork for purchasing, receiving, and accounting Schedule and register all appropriate inspections Keep Managers and Coordinators informed about equipment delays Assist team members with order status inquiries and special customer needs Oversee and participate in quarterly inventory counts Provide backup support to the service department Attend office/safety meetings Handle necessary backup on phones
