QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience designing projects reviewed by California's Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) required. Proficiency in Revit required. Experience with AutoCAD highly preferred. Familiarity with building codes and standards required. EDUCATION:
Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch). Licensure in California strongly preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and manage Healthcare projects of varying sizes, from feasibility through construction administration. Interface with clients and consulting teams. Coordinate design and production across all project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Assist with bid period and construction administration services, including site visits and coordination. BENEFITS:
