Job summary
The Project Executive provides leadership and managerial direction for specific projects to ensure safe and efficient construction.They report to the Senior Vice President of Construction and President for Southeast operations.The position requires a minimum of 15 years' experience in the Heavy/Civil Construction industry.

Responsibilities
• Comply with all Safety policies and procedures and report accidents and incidents.• Assist in planning, staffing, and supervising personnel administration.• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.• Provide guidance and direction to subordinate managers.• Oversee operations and monitor quantity and quality of work.• Meet regularly with Project Managers to review project progress.• Maintain liaison with subcontractors and vendors.• Participate in personnel transactions and provide direction for planning and scheduling.• Review job progress schedules and correspondence on major issues.• Ensure projects are in compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.• Assist in resolving construction claims and disputed issues.• Review labor and equipment resource schedules.• Manage Design-Build pursuits for specific projects.• Provide input in marketing and review proposal documents.
Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or construction-related field.• Minimum of 15 years' experience in Heavy/Civil Construction Industry.• Ability to adapt to different personalities and work in a fast-paced environment.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function as a team player.
