We are now looking to add a strong Project Manager to the team!
What you need: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related 3 + yrs of experience in civil construction Experience Estimating civil projects preferred  Proficient with Project Management Software Ability to coordinate teams  What you will be doing:
Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications. Understand contract specifics, prepare submittals, and track approval in writing. Complete and track change orders with approval and in writing Identify opportunities, create advantages, and maximize bid profit Continuously track in-house production rates, analyze, and apply to future estimates Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions Benefits Health  Vision Dental Competitive salary Laborers Union IUOE 49 So if you are an Estimator with civil experience, please apply!
