A growing and innovative multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior  Project Engineer to their Toledo team!
Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and managing growth of services
Lead business development initiatives
Serve as organization spokesperson
Build/maintain client relationships
Attract, develop, and retain employees, set employee expectations and manage employee performance
Lead/manage project managers and technical staff
Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules, and staffing assignments
Ensure consistency and excellence on project execution and achieve optimal financial performance
Requirements:
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
8+ years of experience
P.E. License for Ohio
P.E. License for Michigan preferred
Established client relationships in Northwestern Ohio preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
