Responsibilities
• Oversee and design a wide variety of projects in multiple categories• Manage and develop site design through final approval• Perform stormwater management, grading, erosion and sedimentation control• Conduct site investigation and research state and local design standards• Generate new clients and projects through business development• Coordinate and communicate with contractors and clients• Attend client and municipal meetings
Requirements
• NJ P.E. Required• 10+ years of relevant experience• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D• Land Development and Site Design experience• Experience in Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design• Knowledge of Regulatory Permitting (NPDES) and Zoning approvals• Strong work ethic• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• High attention to detail• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects
