Looking for a project engineer with Water/wastewater plant experienceResponsible for contract progress, reporting, and change managementAssists with project start-up activities and coordinates with subcontractors

Responsibilities
• Performs and applies quantity takeoffs and surveys• Manages contract progress, reporting, and change management• Maintains contract with more complex subcontracted scopes• Assists site manager in project start-up activities• Participates in reviews of subcontractors' submittals• Assists with site inspection and systems commissioning• Identifies potential risks on project scopes• Other duties as required
Requirements
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred• 4–6 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred• Detailed knowledge of construction equipment and techniques• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Proven flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Planning, organizational, and time management skills• Able to create and lead schedules• Ability to formulate and administer subcontracts• Proven understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems• Strong skills for embracing new technology
