• Lead product development engineering activities• Create engineering documentation• Interfacing with internal departments, suppliers, and customers• Design verification and product validation• Provide production support• Support Molex Total Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems• Possibility of travel• Perform other work-related duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent• 5+ years of design experience• Experience managing project timelines and workload• 2+ years in a technical mentoring role• Electrical connector or terminal design experience• Depth of knowledge in material mechanics, manufacturing processes, and engineering processes/tools
