Project Engineer

What you'll do: Plan, execute, and track projects to maximize terminal efficiency and equipment uptime. Manage risk and implement continuous improvement initiatives across EH&S, asset capability, quality, and productivity. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and IT to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Oversee the computerized maintenance management system and ensure efficient parts and inventory control. Partner with operations to identify and eliminate equipment losses through root cause analysis. Foster a safe work environment and ensure adherence to labor agreements. What you bring: Strong engineering background with a focus on project management. Experience in a maintenance or operations environment a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Top-notch communication skills to interact with diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
