Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects and plan work efficiently• Grading and erosion control plans• Stormwater management and design• Feasibility analysis, due-diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting• Site construction supervision and management• Land surveying knowledge and understanding• Effective time management and assignment of duties
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering• PE License• Demonstrated proficiency with Autocad Civil 3D• Professional attitude, detail oriented, good communication skills, team player• Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently but also within a team environment• Proficient with earthwork analysis and storm-water management design• A minimum of 5 years of Land Development experience• Microsoft Office software proficiency• Goal-oriented within a team environment with attention to detail• Local, State and Federal Permitting
