Summary: The Project Director will support Frontier in providing institutional support services to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning, and Resource Management (PLR).
Essential Job Functions: Provide full time institutional support staff to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning and Resource Management (PLR) Provide short-term technical assistance (STTA) and surge support to PLR and USAID Missions overseas Support a smooth transition of existing institutional support contractor staff and integrate learning and adaptive management throughout contract implementation Provide oversight and leadership through day-to-day projects Provide direction and functional activities including strategy and technical implementation Oversee team of technical experts Serve as the primary point of contact with our Contracting Officer, representative and other key personnel Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Management or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree Minimum 10 Years of experience in staffing/management programs Minimum 5 Years of experience working with USAID programs Experience overseeing diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) projects Experience with Project Design and implementation Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Preferred High Volume Recruiting experience DE&I training and experience Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance Pay and Benefits
