Responsibilities
• Support outside project sales representatives• Prepare proposals and project estimates• Perform field site visits and surveys• Secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors• Interpret scope and finalize deliverables• Develop turnkey proposals for small to medium projects• Collect on-site data and coordinate subcontractor activities• Prepare cost estimates• Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers• Build credibility and trust with customers and service project representatives
Requirements
• Five or more years of mechanical systems project and/or maintenance experience• Estimating and/or project development experience preferred• Familiarity with various HVAC systems and technologies• 2-4 years of selling experience on HVAC services• Experience working in and/or for facilities in various sectors• Familiarity with HVAC design and control systems• Strong communication and organizational skills• Field travel will be at least 50%• NC and/or SC Mechanical License qualifier preferred
