This position is for departments 480, 485 and 377.
Duties include assisting with: project scheduling, resource planning, development and processing of purchase requisitions, planning and coordinating the group's travel and travel expense reporting, database maintenance and file management, deliverable distribution, development of conference minutes and technical reports, project progress reporting, tracking and documenting status of Program, provide escort to un-cleared subcontractors when required; ordering computers, phones, Logon ID's and other such duties, to increase the efficiency of the Manager and the Supervisors.
The successful candidate must possess exceptional attention to detail, administrative and organizational skills, and be capable of coordinating multiple tasks such as budget management, scheduling, procurement, reporting, taking minutes, writing reports, tracking and distribution of deliverables, etc. He/she will manage multiple concurrent tasks. The candidate shall be able/willing to work flexible hours as required to support project objectives. The PCTAshall be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access. The candidate must be familiar with security requirements for handling classified and unclassified NNPI, including distribution markings. Department CN meetings and metrics WI Holdup and Stop Work meetings and metrics VREQ/VIR/VPAR meetings and metrics NIP/NCR meetings and metrics Department EVMS and manning metrics Department surveillance meetings and metrics Development of slide presentations for bi-weekly meetings with Naval Reactors and NNL 2. Department Technical Product Quality (TPQ) Assistance

Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 2-5 years of related experience The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense secret clearance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) . Preferred: College degree and minimum 5 years of technical and administrative support experience. Ability to independently interface with personnel in design, engineering, and management. Adapt priorities to support urgent needs and communicate changes in priorities to management. Ability to learn new methods, tools, and processes, and adapt to changing requirements. Ability to work flexible hours as required to support department objectives.
