We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure the seamless administration of construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include financial tracking, schedule coordination, and processing subcontractor documents, among other vital tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the project permit process.
Set up initial contracts and project information in Procore.
Receive, review, forward, and track the status of submittals.
Initiate, prepare, review, track, and distribute RFIs.
Assist in cost control and cost management systems.
Distribute revised or amended plans to subcontractors.
Manage change systems, including soliciting, receiving, reviewing, and preparing quotations and change orders.
Attend project meetings.
Order and track specific project materials such as projection screens, fire extinguishers, signage, and other specialty items.
Distribute punch lists to subcontractors and follow up to ensure completion.
Complete project close-out procedures.
